Welcome to Wildside, a rugged town in the West where the Chamber of Commerce also handles the business of law and order. Brodie Hollister and his son Sutton (William Smith and J. Eddie Peck), Bannister (Howard Rollins), Varges (John DiAquino), and Prometheus (Terry Funk) are the men of Wildside -- an elite law enforcement unit -- who always tip their hats to the ladies, have an extra buck for the needy, and make it their job to put the lawless and ruthless behind bars. In "Well Known Secret," a fortune in U.S. government gold is hidden in a small town in Wildside County. A murderous Confederate General and his band of cutthroat marauders scour the countryside, intent on claiming the booty -- leaving a trail of destruction and massacre behind them. That is, until the Wildside Chamber of Commerce tracks them down.
